Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrimDB, a full-backend platform for deploying apps and provisioning managed data, auth, storage, and an agent (MCP) API, operated by MONAFY LTD ("PrimDB", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using PrimDB on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Honest note. PrimDB is early access. These Terms are a clear, good-faith starting point and may be refined as the product matures. We will give notice of material changes (see "Changes to these Terms").

1. The service

PrimDB lets you deploy applications and provision managed Postgres, Redis, full-text search, ClickHouse, and object storage, with built-in auth and an agent-native API, on infrastructure we host in the EU (Hetzner, Germany) or on servers you connect ("your servers or ours"). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your credentials and API tokens secure, and for the apps, code, data, and environment variables you deploy.
• You must provide accurate account information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the end-users of the apps you deploy, and for complying with any law that applies to how you collect and process their data.

3. Acceptable use

You must use PrimDB in line with our Acceptable Use / Abuse Policy, which prohibits phishing, malware, spam, illegal content, resource abuse, and any attempt to break tenant isolation or attack the platform or other tenants. PrimDB runs on shared infrastructure with fair-use, per-tenant RAM, CPU, and disk limits. Violations may lead to suspension or termination as described there.

4. Your content, your ownership

You keep all rights to the code, applications, and data you bring to or create on PrimDB ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership of it. To operate the service, you grant PrimDB a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, transmit, build, run, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide the service to you and to keep backups. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems.

5. Plans, billing, and Stripe

• PrimDB offers a Free tier, a $5 Solo tier, and a flat $20/month Platform tier, plus self-serve à-la-carte add-ons. There are no per-seat charges and no surprise egress fees.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. PrimDB does not receive or store your full card number.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the dashboard; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Early-access "founding" pricing may change with reasonable advance notice.

6. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using PrimDB and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Deleting your account tears down your apps, databases, and account data (see the Privacy Policy).
• We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the platform and other tenants. For severe abuse such as phishing or malware, we may act immediately.
• Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and a chance to remedy before terminating for a breach that can be cured.

7. Warranty disclaimer

PrimDB is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimDB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PrimDB harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or an in-product notice, before they take effect. Continuing to use PrimDB after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
